The menopause is a natural stage of life that every woman goes through as oestrogen levels decline and menopace has been formulated with this in mind. It usually occurs between 45 and 55 years of age, but this can vary considerably. Menopace contains
• Vitamin B6 which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
• Vitamin B12 and Thiamine (Vitamin B1), which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Moderate dietary levels of Soya Isoflavone extract (20mg).
• As in many stages of life, fluctuations in hormones can affect the skin and hair so it also contains Vitamin C which contributes to normal collagen formation, biotin which contributes to normal skin health and zinc and selenium which contributes to normal hair health.
• Thiamine (Vitamin B1) which contributes to the normal heart function, whilst Vitamins B6 and B12 plus folate contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism which is linked with heart health.

Take one Menopace tablet per day with your main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed.
